Sistem E-Licensing is a system which manages the licences for Pepper trade and provides a smarter and more comprehensive data collection centre for MPB.

E-Licensing Enforcement All conditions of the licensing imposed by Lembaga Lada Malaysia are subject to the terms of Akta Lembaga Lada Malaysia 2006. All information provided in the application must be valid. If information provided is incorrect, the licence issued to the applicant will be cancelled. There are 6 types of licences to be applied: Purchase & Sell Export Import Store Process Manufacture Every applicant must provide the following supporting documents: Passport size photo Copy of Identity Card Copy of valid Business Licence Copy of valid Company Registration Copy of Certificate of Weights and Measures(Form D) Location plan of business premise Copy of Land Title/Shop Title or Tenancy Agreement Licence will automatically expires on 31st December every year. Application for licence renewal must be submitted before the expiry date. Renewal of licence can be done through 'Sistem E-Licensing' or at MPB Offices. The ownership of the licence cannot be transferred except in certain cases approved by the Board of MPB.
