• Every individual who buys and keeps more than 605kg of pepper for selling purposes.

    [+]  When can the Licence be applied?

• Licence can be applied anytime but it is suggested that licence to be applied in November of each year.

    [+]  What type of licences can be applied?

• There are 6 types of licence that can be applied: Purchase & Sell, Export, Import, Store, Process and Manufacture.

    [+]  When will the licence expire?

• Licence will expire on the 31st December of every year.

    [+]  How to apply for renewal of licence?

• Licence holders can fill up the renewal form online and submit through 'Sistem E-Licensing' or they can get the renewal form from any branch or office of MPB.

    [+]  Can licence ownership be transferred?

• For all categories, the ownership of the licences are not allowed to be transferred (unless certain cases).

    [+]  What is the fee for the licence?(TO BE VERIFIED LATER)

• i.    Purchase & Sell - RM50.00
• ii.   Store - RM50.00
• iii.  Import - RM200.00
• iv.  Export - RM200.00
• v.   Manufacture - RM100.00

Other than submitting the application through 'Sistem E-Licensing', the applicant can apply for a licence at any MPB office or branch.
